Over the past 25 years, Monarch has been a driving force in value-add & reposition projects in multifamily & industrial segments, ground-up development, and the management of mixed-use properties. We have consolidated a portfolio composed of commercial assets across the country, with a focus in the boroughs of New York and Southern California.
